How do I get you to remove pictures from your site?
1. Find the sport icon that you want to view
pictures of.
2. Locate the game folder that you are looking for.
3. Enjoy viewing the many pictures.
4. When you find a picture that you want to order, click on the
small square
to the right side under the picture.
5. Before going to another page you will need to click the
"Buy Photo" button
located in the upper left hand side of the page.
6. This will then place your photo order into the shopping cart. At
this time you
can select the size of the print that you want to
order.
7. You can continue to select photographs and placing them into the
shopping
cart, using the above instructions.
8. When you have selected all of your photographs, go to the shopping cart
and
follow their directions. They will have you fill
out mailing and credit card
information.
9. Check on the cropping tool to see how the picture will look. This
changes the
picture depending on the size that you are asking for.
NOTE: If you want to order a poster click on "Buy Gifts" instead of "Buy Photos"

When you order through the web site, a credit
card has to be used to place the order. The site is
secure and it is safe to use your credit card.
Yes you can pay with a check. This does
require you to order the pictures directly from
Keith Clarke.
An email needs to be sent to me stating the game name, date and the
IMG #'s of
the pictures
that you want to order. The print size will also be needed.
A check
will have to be recieved and
cleared before the pictures can be delivered.
It takes about 1 week to get
the pictures after
they have been ordered.

Can I purchase the pictures on a CD?
Yes you can. To do so, it will require you
to purchase the CD directly from Keith Clarke. I will
need an email with the game name, date and the IMG #'s that you want on the CD.
The cost
for the CD is determined by the number of pictures placed on to the CD.
Each picture file
cost $5.00. The CD will be created after the clearing of a check or the
receipt of cash.

work out the details.
We can create whatever you want. We can
make a collage of several pictures. We can
put words,
names, sport stats or anything else you would like on the photograph.
This
process requires quite
a bit of collaboration between the two of us to make
sure we get what you want.

How do I schedule a photographer?
You will need to email or call
Keith Clarke to schedule a photographer at your event. You will want
to do this early before the activity. Email

Depending on the location or time, there maybe a schedule fee.
This would be discussed ahead of time.

The cost of the photographs
depends of the size that you have printed. The best place to find
out
the cost of the photographs is to check out the price page on this web site.
It takes a tremendous
amount of time to not only take the pictures, but also edit them and upload them
on to the site for
you to view. Please embrace the captured memories of your loved
ones.
Do you offer quanity discounts?
Yes I do offer a quanity discount
of 20 pictures or more. You will have to contact me personally
so
that we can discuss the discount.

Is it legal to post the pictures on the internet?
It is legal for 123 Freeze Frame
Photography to post pictures on the web. There are thousands of
companies
just like this one that do the same type of work. At no time will we post
any pictures
that we feel might
offend someone.
What if I want a picture removed from the internet?
If you find a picture that you do not want on the web site,
please email us and let us
know the
game name, date and the IMG # . We will remove as quickly as possible.
When the
picture is removed, it will
be deleted forever. We will not post pictures that we feel are offensive.
We apologize if we have offended
anyone.
Can I have a photograph printed as a poster?
Yes you can have the photographs
printed into posters. This makes a great gift for someone. After
you
have selected the picture that you want to order as a poster, you will want to
then click on
" Buy Gifts "
Then select poster and decide the size that you want to have printed. If
you have
any problems with this,
email me and I will help you get the poster printed.
